Please carefully review the product description as some items may contain no stretch.


  • In-Store Purchases: All in-store purchases are FINAL SALE. We offer fitting rooms for clients to try on items before purchasing.
  • Online Orders: We offer EXCHANGES ONLY for the same item in perfect condition if the item is in stock. Worn or damaged items will not be accepted.

 


Exchange Guidelines:


  • You may exchange merchandise within 5 business days of receipt.
  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
  • Due to limited quantities, some items may sell out. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you via email. No exchange or return is possible for out-of-stock items.
  • No exchanges on white items, t-shirts, swimwear, bodysuits, leggings, accessories, or bags.
  • Sale or discounted items are FINAL SALE.

 

How to Process an Exchange:


  • Please email info@wardrobeboutique.com first to initiate a return.
  • Do not return any items without our approval. Once approved, we will provide a return address. Any items returned without notice will be refused.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

 


Order Processing:


  • Orders are processed, verified, and shipped within 5-7 business days or sooner.
  • During holidays, orders may take 7-10 business days or sooner to ship.

 

Shipping & Responsibility:


  • We are not responsible for lost packages, incorrect addresses, or unclaimed/refused shipments. You can track your package using the tracking number provided.
  • For delivery issues, please reach out to USPS directly.

 

Conditions for Returns/Exchanges:


  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and have all original tags attached. Items not meeting these conditions will be rejected and shipped back to you.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:


  • Please inspect your order upon receipt. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order so we can make it right.


 

 

Sale Events:


  • Sale Items: All items purchased during sales events, including Black Friday, are FINAL SALE. No returns or exchanges on promotional, discounted, or special sale period items.
